A women-led partnership between Soil Regenerators in Kenya and Youthure Foundation in the Netherlands — working together to restore soils and grow livelihoods.
Who We Are
We are a consortium of Soil Regenerators based in Kenya, and Youthure Foundation based in the Netherlands — united by a shared belief that soil is where every sustainable future begins.

Bringing life back to the soil.
Based in Kenya
Soil Regenerators refers to people — in this case, youth and women — who work to restore and improve soil health, making it fertile and productive again. It is about taking action to bring life back to the soil.
Our vision is to regenerate the earth, revitalise soil, and foster a sustainable future. We do this by empowering women and youth to prioritise soil health and agroecological innovations, enhance biodiversity, and catalyse a movement of sustainable land management through soil regeneration in Kenya.
The Soil Regenerators team is comprised of young Kenyan women passionate about championing regenerative agricultural practices, and driving positive change through women- and youth-led initiatives.
Youthure Foundation
Investing in young people.
Based in the Netherlands · Working across sub-Saharan Africa
Youthure Foundation aims to help, motivate and mobilise — mainly unemployed — youth in rural areas. By focusing on sustainable projects, Youthure helps create a sustainable future for the youth, the local community and the environment.
The foundation tackles youth unemployment in rural areas by teaching skills and supporting young people in setting up a business. Their livelihoods improve, local economies and markets are supported, and there is less migration and urbanisation. These are sustainable investments that create a snowball effect — contributing, over the long-term, to an increase in GDP and a decrease in poverty and crime at local, regional and even national scales.
The foundation has run successful youth-related projects in Kenya and Malawi, and continues to collaborate with its local partners in both countries — empowering local youth and women farmers who are facing the realities of climate change in their farming ventures.
The team is comprised of experts from the Netherlands, Malawi and Kenya, working across Land and Water Management, Project Management, and Soil Health — all passionate about empowering women and youth through sustainable soil management and climate-smart agriculture.
