No Poverty
Reducing farmer dependence on costly synthetic inputs and building household resilience.
To regenerate the earth, revitalise soil, and foster a sustainable future
Soil Regenerators is building a regenerative agriculture hub in Ndaragwa, Nyandarua County, to train women and youth farmers, restore degraded soils and create sustainable livelihoods. We are seeking partners and funders to make it happen.
Our Mission
To empower women and youth to prioritize soil health, and agroecological innovations, enhance biodiversity, and catalyze a movement of sustainable land management through soil regeneration in Kenya.

What We Are Building
Living Soils Ndaragwa is a project led by Soil Regenerators in partnership with Youthure Foundation. It brings together a 5-acre demonstration farm and a training programme for women and youth in Nyandarua County.
A 5-acre working farm where regenerative practices come to life — visible, measurable, replicable.
Hands-on programmes in soil biology, composting and natural pest management — designed for women and youth.
Vermicomposting, a seedling nursery and beekeeping — each one generating livelihoods while it heals the land.
Where we are now
Our vermicomposting unit is running with four bins on the farm site — producing vermicompost and vermiwash that feed local soils and the local economy alike.
It is the first proof, on the ground, that what we are building works. And it is just the beginning.

A nursery rising
Rosemary, lavender, sage, hibiscus. Moringa and tephrosia. Tomatoes in many forms, with fruit trees on the way. The seedling nursery is alive — and quietly preparing the next generation of farms.
What we need now is funding to take the demonstration farm to full scale, launch the training programme, and bring the beekeeping unit online.
